As creators, there are so many things that we have to learn to be successful in this industry from managing our content and our audience to our personal life and mental health. In “Coached”, a podcast series of Soulcial Scoop podcast by Soulcialmate, we work 1:1 with a member of our private creator coaching community, the Soulcial Suite, and you get to be a fly on the wall during our call.
On this week’s episode of “Coached” by Soulcial Scoop, we’re here with Kaitlyn Moore, a creator sharing content based around confidence and curvy fashion.
As a creator who works a 9-5 job that is just starting to go back into the office more often, Kaitlyn is struggling with finding the time to create her content and share it consistently.
Like many other creators, Kaitlyn also is stuck with this feeling that her audience isn’t as engaged in her content as she thinks they should be. We talked about how to combat this feeling, build genuine relationships with your audience, and battle the imposter syndrome that may come with it.
How can you create a sustainable schedule to create and post content? What are the ways that you can build stronger connections to your audience? And how to you ensure you’re feeling good about yourself throughout the entire process?

Creators everyone in the last 6-12 months have been feeling the low-engagement slump — not just on Instagram either. We can’t always blame it on the algorithm though.
Just like any brand or business building a dedicated, loyal community takes time, energy, money, effort — so much — but it’s what really makes our personal brands valuable and strong.
The secret to building community around your brand is to show people that they’re valued, but how can we as creators who are building personal brands?

It’s no secret that the creator industry is changing every single day. There are new technologies and innovations that change the way we use social media and build our businesses as creators.
That’s one of the most fun (and the most stressful) parts of our job. We always have to stay in the know and be willing to pivot our strategies and our content given what’s up and coming in the industry.
With the end of 2022 approaching, there are some new trends on the horizon for the creator economy that we’re predicting for 2023. From social platforms turning into search engines (and learning how to capitalize on that as creators) to brands looking for UGC creators regardless of their following (AND how to capitalize on that), there’s a lot you need to know now to prepare for what’s to come in the new year.
This week, we’re here with Hess Hunichen and Emily Ward, the co-founders of Shine Talent Group, North America’s leading talent management and brand partnerships agency. They specialize in the online and social space and work with brands and agencies to create campaigns that are memorable and inspire consumers to take action.
We’re giving you the scoop on everything you need to know about the upcoming year as a creator. This my Biz BFFs is Soulcial Scoop.
